Superb Georgian chest of drawers … a fabulous example of late Georgian furniture design

  • solid cherry wood (or similar) & walnut timber construction
  • circa 1800
  • hand crafted (hand-made nails)
  • hand-cut dovetail-joined graduating size drawers
  • ornate brass bail handles
  • complete locks & brass key holes (no key)
  • splayed bracket feet

👉 Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its age, it is a solid, well-made piece and all the drawers run well.  This lovely piece displays general wear consistent with age and use.  In addition, the front left-hand leg has been repaired at some point.
