This superb English made chest of drawers is beautifully hand-crafted with five lockable drawers

  • mahogany timber & mahogany timber veneer
  • circa 1850
  • hand carved features
  • ‘secret’ wave front drawer
  • hand-cut dovetail joined drawers
  • felt-lined base to all drawers
  • magnificent ‘tiger stripe’ turned timber knobs
  • 5 locks, 1 key
  • plinth base

Condition overview; this beautiful solid piece is in lovely condition for its age and the drawers and locks work well.  Apart from a couple of small chips to the veneer, it displays general wear consistent with use
