Condition overview; in fair (finish) to good condition (structurally), relative to its age, it is a solid, well-made piece and all of the drawers work well.  As can be expected on a well-used piece of this vintage, it displays a number of general wear, knock and surface marks.  In addition, the front right-hand corner of the top has been cut at an angle and there is discolouration and inconsistency to the finish to the front right-hand side of the base
