Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its age, it is a very solid, beautifully crafted quality piece.  There are no cracks or chips in the mirror or glass doors & shelf.  The marble is in good condition, with the exception of a chip and crack to the back right-hand side corner.  The doors and double-action locks all work seamlessly.  As expected on a used piece of this vintage, it displays general wear, tear, knock and surface marks and the finish is inconsistent in areas but nothing major to note.
