Condition overview; in fair to good condition, relative to their age, they are superbly crafted, solid pieces.  As expected on pieces of this vintage, they display general wear, knock and surface marks, however they are all very sturdy.  They are in original unrestored condition, but as they are solid chairs, they will respond well to restoration if desired.  In addition, one chair does not have the hessian cover, it has a ply base instead.
