This delightful bookshelf is finished on both sides, therefore it can placed anywhere in a room, not just against a wall.  Made by W. J. Ellingsen in Ballarat, Victoria, they relocated from Sturt St Ballarat to Davey St in 1916.  It features;

Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its age, it is a solid and sturdy piece.  As to be expected on a piece of this vintage, it displays general wear, knock and surface marks. 

Dimensions; 750mm wide x 355mm deep x 750mm high.  Shelf height clearances from top to bottom; both 280mm.  Shelf depth; bottom; 260mm deep, middle; 235mm deep.
