Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its age, it is a well-made piece and all of the drawers and lock work well.  As to be expected on a piece of this vintage, it displays general wear, knock and surface marks.  The drop-down tambour door works relatively well, however as one of the timber slats is slightly bowed, it needs additional down-ward or upward pressure when it reaches that point to continue the action.
