Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its age, it is a solid and sturdy piece. The drop front, lock and drawers all work well. As expected on a used piece of this vintage, it displays general wear, knock and surface marks. In addition, repairs have been made to both bottom corners of the drop front desk and to the age-related separation of the timber to both of the sides at some point. There are signs of old borer, however they are no longer active as the piece was treated during the importation process.
