This magnificent, exquisitely hand-carved piece features;

Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its age, it is a very solid, sturdy and heavy piece. Both drop fronts, the drawers and the lid all work well.  As expected on a well-used piece of this vintage, it displays a number of general wear, knock and surface marks.  As you would have seen from the photos, one side does not have carvings and is quite unfinished, therefore it appears that the piece was attached to something else at some point.  Also, there have been modifications to it over the years, we believe this includes the addition of drawers.
