Condition overview; in poor to fair condition, this rustic piece has loads of character as it is, however you will be well-rewarded if you choose to restore it.  It is solid and sturdy and there are no cracks in the glass or mirror.  There is age-related bubbling and cracking to the veneer on the top, and separation of the timber on the bottom of the right-hand side and a number of knock marks.  The finish is quite inconsistent in areas and the original paper backing on the back is worn.
