Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its vintage, it is a solid and sturdy piece.  Both doors work well.  As expected on a used piece, it displays general wear, tear, knock (including on the front edge of the top of the cabinet) and surface marks (including on the internal shelf) and the finish is inconsistent in areas.  

Dimensions; 915mm wide x 450mm deep (top bookcase 290mm deep) x 1775mm high.  Internal cabinet; 415mm deep.
