Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its vintage, it is a beautifully crafted, solid and sturdy piece. There are no cracks or breaks in the leadlight glass. The locks, drop down front, door, and drawer all work well. As expected on a used piece of this age, it displays general wear, tear, knock and surface marks (including on the internal writing desk area and the top shelf above the drop front) and the finish is inconsistent in areas.
Dimensions; 1175mm wide x 320mm deep (writing desk open 630mm deep) x 1725mm high. When writing desk open; 750mm high, work depth to front of pigeon holes; 455mm deep. Height clearances of the 3 open bookshelves; all 270mm. Shelf height clearances in glass display from top to bottom; 195mm, 255mm, 360mm, 310mm.
