Condition overview; in good condition, it is a very well-made extremely solid (heavy) and sturdy piece. All of the drawers run seamlessly. As expected on a used piece, it displays general wear, tear, knock and surface marks (including on the top and bottom standard drawers and the two top filing drawers) and the finish is inconsistent in areas. In addition, there is a mark to the back right of the top.
