Condition overview; in fair condition, relative to its age, it is a solid and sturdy piece.  The drawers and tilt mechanism on the mirror work well.  There are no chips or breaks in the mirror.  As expected on a piece of this age, it displays age-related and general wear, tear, knock (particularly to the plinth base) and surface marks (including on the tops), and the finish is quite inconsistent in areas.  In addition, on the chest, the top left-hand side and bottom right-hand side handles are different to the others.
