It features; solid English oak construction, stepped and bevelled pediment with three central concave button features, two leadlight glass doors, three adjustable timber shelves, bevel edge slope drop-front writing desk with an ornate escutcheon and contrasting timber features with a loper support, revealing multiple pigeon holes and a magnificent writing desk top; when loper is open, a hidden drawer is revealed with a ring inset handle, three bevel edge hand-cut dovetail drawers, complete set of matching Florentine bronze drop handles, shaped base to the sides and shaped apron to the front base.
