This superb chest of drawers, date stamped 5th Jan 1928, is a fabulous example of the wonderful craftsmanship of the time.  It features;

  • solid oak construction

  • made in 1928

  • hand-carved

  • scallop topped, exquisitely carved backing board w geometric end features

  • beautiful wood grain figuring

  • bevel edge top

  • 2 hand-cut dovetail-joined drawers

  • complete matching set of Florentine Bronze drop handles

  • carved brackets to the front base

  • 4 turned legs

  • 4 original metal castors
